پس از رایزنی، مکاتبات و جلسات مسئولان فدراسیون بوکس جمهوری اسلامی ایران و
همچنین انجمن بوکس نیمه حرفه‌ای و حرفه‌ای فدراسیون بوکس کشورمان با سازمان WBC،
محمد ستارپور، نماینده رسمی کشورمان در این شورا شد.

در نامه رسمی مائوریسیو سلیمان رئیس WBC علاوه بر اینکه ستارپور به‌عنوان نماینده رسمی ایران تایید شده، آمده است:
از این پس اعزام‌های بوکسورهای ایران به مسابقات تحت پوشش WBC، تحت نظر انجمن بوکس نیمه حرفه‌ای و حرفه‌ای فدراسیون بوکس ایران خواهد بود.
مسوولیت انجمن بوکس نیمه حرفه‌ای و حرفه‌ای ایران برعهده محمد ستارپور است که از سوی سیدروح‌الله حسینی رئیس فدراسیون بوکس کشورمان منصوب شده است.
